Eng. Gamal Wahid is the Managing Director for Valuation and Studies at FinBi – Finance & Banking Consultants International, with over 20 years of executive experience in asset valuation, business valuation, financial analysis, financial advisory, engineering consultancy, project management, feasibility studies, and investment advisory.
He oversees the complex advisory projects and the development of integrated solutions supporting investment decisions, financing, expansion, and restructuring initiatives, combining technical expertise with strategic investment insight and adherence to professional standards.
He has extensive regional experience across Egypt, the GCC, and the wider Middle East, leading multidisciplinary valuation and advisory assignments across sectors including real estate, infrastructure, manufacturing, energy, healthcare, education, and hospitality. His expertise covers asset and business valuation, financial analysis, feasibility studies, technical and market assessments, investment advisory, and project management, supporting banks, financial institutions, government entities, corporations, and investors in financing, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and PPP projects.
He is a certified valuation expert registered at both the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) and the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA), under registration (No. 254) as a licensed real estate valuation expert, in addition to being a certified machinery and equipment valuation expert.
He also serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of FinBi Financial Advisory and is a member of several professional associations, including the Association of CBE Experts and the Egyptian Association of Real Estate Appraisers. He is also a member of the committee established by the Financial Regulatory Authority to develop the Egyptian Standards for Machinery and Equipment Valuation.
He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) , and combines technical expertise, financial insight, and executive leadership to deliver integrated advisory solutions that support strategic decisions and successful investments across local and regional markets.
