In 2006, FinBi was officially registered at the Central Bank of Egypt as an advisory house. This accreditation authorized the company to conduct professional valuations of real-estate, machinery and equipment, and commodities.
FinBi was added to the Financial Regulatory Authority’s (FRA) register of certified real estate valuation experts in 2023, confirming the company’s position as an advisor in the valuation field. Further strengthening their credentials, FinBi was also registered in 2024 at the FRA’s register for asset revaluation services.

The company has been highly recognized since its registration in the Central Bank of Egypt’s consulting firms’ registry in 2006, where it received accreditation to provide valuation services for land, buildings, machinery and equipment, and goods.
On March 13, 2023, FinBI was officially registered as a legal entity in the Real Estate Appraisal Experts Registry at the Financial Regulatory Authority, reinforcing its position as one of the leading consulting firms in this field. As part of its continuous expansion, the company obtained official registration in the Asset Revaluation Registry at the Financial Regulatory Authority on January 8, 2024, supported by qualified and certified experts in real estate, machinery and equipment, and transportation means appraisal.
