Eng. Ahmed Ghoneim holds a B.Sc. in architectural engineering. He has over 30 years of experience with professional hands-on real estate asset valuation, the follow-up implementation of projects, and architectural design. He has overseen and managed diverse projects across Egypt, spanning residential, tourism, residential, health, and educational sectors. He is a member at the Egyptian Engineers Syndicate and is registered as a real-estate valuation expert under (No. 272) at the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA), newly registered at the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE)
