Eng. Abdel Gawad Ragaa holds a B.Sc. in civil engineering. He has over 35 years of experience with professional hands-on real estate asset valuation; the preparation and assessment of feasibility studies. His experience also covers the follow-up implementation of projects, as well as architectural design.
He is registered in several associations namely, A real-estate valuation expert under (No. 147) at the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA), Real Estate and Land valuation expert at the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE). He is a member at the Egyptian Association of Real Estate Appraisers.
